Foreclosures in Town?

Posted by CityBlogAL on May 28th, 2007

Can anyone speak to the issue of foreclosures in Tuscaloosa, Alabama? Foreclosures are up around the country due to the sub-prime lending practices. Is there any foreclosure impact on real estate in Tuscaloosa?

Compared to the rest of the nation, Tuscaloosa real estate is great. There are some foreclosures in Tuscaloosa but the housing market is strong, as it has been for the past few years. Tuscaloosa is steadily growing and the University is expanding it’s enrollment.

If you need any real estate assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me via email or on my cell at 205-792-0485.

I’m a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty in Augusta Georgia, although I’m originally from Tuscaloosa. I love Tuscaloosa and have heard the market there is still doing well. This blog was originated quite a while back, but I hope you guys and ladies in T-Town are still doing great. Feel free to ask me about Keller Williams. We are 74,000 strong and now the 3rd largest real estate company in the US. part. Roll Tide!
