Foreclosures in Town?
Posted by CityBlogAL on May 28th, 2007
Can anyone speak to the issue of foreclosures in Tuscaloosa, Alabama? Foreclosures are up around the country due to the sub-prime lending practices. Is there any foreclosure impact on real estate in Tuscaloosa?

Compared to the rest of the nation, Tuscaloosa real estate is great. There are some foreclosures in Tuscaloosa but the housing market is strong, as it has been for the past few years. Tuscaloosa is steadily growing and the University is expanding it’s enrollment.
